Get an Offer Submitted with Your Realtor
Submit an offer with your pre approval letter with the home you love. Once you go into contract, will will need to get your documents.
Step 5
Documents Evaluated
This step is where documents are evaluated. The underwriting process where all the documentation is closely evaluated. The underwriter may request additional information from you. Your Loan Originator or processor will communicate with you during the process.
Step 6
Sign & Move In
Documents are requested and sent the title company for closing. And Congratulations! You will sign and move in to your mobile home. Depending on the loan, it is about a 30-45 day process to close.
